5-8 potatoes
2c cheese grated
3TBS chopped green onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and cut potatoes in half. Boil in water with skin on, till soft. Drain and set aside until cool.

Once cool, grate potatoes into bowl, keeping skin discarded. Add grated cheese, soup, sour cream. Fold in green onions.

Bake at 375 till golden brown/bubbling.
