3 cups biscuit baking mix
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place baking mix in a large mixing bowl; cut in cream cheese until crumbly. Add milk; mix until soft dough forms. Pat dough into a circle, 1/2-inch thick, on a surface lightly dusted with biscuit baking mix; cut into biscuits with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Arrange on lightly greased baking sheets; bake at 450 degrees until golden, about 8 to 10 minutes. Makes one dozen.
