Spice Blend:
1 T garam masala
1 1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t cayenne
(mix above ingredients in small bowl)

(SAUCE)
3 T butter
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 t minced garlic
1 T tomato paste
1(15 oz) can tomato sauce
1(14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
(don't drain)
4-5 large chicken breasts cooked and torn into chunks
1(10 oz)box/bag frozen peas
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet over med heat. add onion;cook til golden,. about 5 min. add garlic, tomato paste and spice blend; cook 1 minute. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, stir well. Add chicken, cook on low about ten min. Add peas and cream to sauce, cook until warm through(do not boil).
serve with lots of warm basmati rice!
