1 c. uncooked instant rice
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9 in. pan. Add uncooked rice. In a separate bowl, combine soup, Onion soup mix and water. Pour over the rice. Lay chicken over the mixture. Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 min. Remove the foil and bake 15 min. longer until chicken is tender and brown. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
