Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds of ground beef
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of freshly grated romano parmesan cheese
• salt and pepper to taste (Iground fresh pepper and some sea salt)
• 2 cups of Italian bread crumbs
• 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine beef, garlic, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in bowl and then add the bread crumbs into mixture.
2. Slowly (1/2 cup at a time) add the water, mixing up the mixture as you add. (The mixture will be very moist and seem mushy, but as long as it will hold the shape of the meatball, it will be great.)
3. Shape into big meatballs and put on a sprayed cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
5. At the same time, start a sauce on the stove. (If it is not summer with great tomatoes then use Prego or Ragu).
6. Add to sauce: browned garlic, onions, basil and oregano. (One can add some canned diced tomatoes with either garlic or Italian flavoring).
7. Simmer sauce for a while, adding salt and pepper to taste along with 1 TBS of sugar and a bit of red cooking wine (a quick pour). Taste and add spices as needed.
8. When the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer until mealtime.
