For the filling:
• 1 ½ cups of brown sugar
• ¼ cup of milk
• 1/3 cup of flour
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 1 ¼ cups of heavy cream (35%)

Directions:
Directions:
To make the filling:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F
2. In a pot, mix together brown sugar, flour and salt
3. Add cream and milk and boil gently for 5 minutes
4. Pour into pie crust (store bought crusts are easiest)
5. Bake @ 375 F for 35 minutes

How to serve:
• Best at room temperature or slightly warm
• Amazing with whipped cream
