Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups of powdered sugar
3 cups of peanut butter (I prefer crunchy)
1 cup of unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 1/2 lb semi sweet chocolate
1/2 bar of paraffin wax

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Take the mixture out after an hour and roll into 1" size balls. Cool again for another hour.

Melt chocolate and the paraffin wax into a double boiler over boiling water until chocolate is warm and melted. Dip the balls until it's completely covered and place on wax paper. Place in freezer until the shell is hard. (I keep mine in the freezer until ready to eat)
