1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can chopped chicken
1 c. tomatoes chopped
1-1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1-1/2 c. milk
1-1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables according to pkg. directions. Combine vegetables with next three ingredients, 1 c. cheese and 3/4 c. milk. Put into greased 12x8 in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, 3/4 c. milk and 1/2 can onions; mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls to form 6 biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake uncovered until biscuits are light brown. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake until cheese is melted and onions are toasted.
