1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg
1 c. cornstarch
2 lbs chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apart 2 pounds chicken wings at joints, discarding tips. Dip into batter of egg and cornstarch. Fry until golden brown. Place in shallow baking dish, cover with sauce. (Combine first 5 ingredients)

Heat until sugar is dissolved, pour over chicken wings. Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350ºF. For color add chunks of green and red pepper and pineapple.
