1 (16 oz.) bag pecan halves
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. On a rimmed baking pan, place pecans in a single layer. Bake pecans, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fragrant and toasted.
In a small heavy saucepan, bring juice concentrate, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in toasted pecans.
Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Drop pecans 1/2 inch apart onto prepared baking pan. Let stand for 15 minutes or until firm. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
