3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked)
1/2 cup butter (or oleo)
1/2 cup milk (sweet milk)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla

1/2 stick butter (oleo)
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix sweet potatoes, butter, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
Do it like mashed potatoes and put into a casserole dish.
Then on top, add the remaining ingredients as follows.
Mix butter, brown sugar, flour & pecans.
Sprinkle over top & bake in oven for about 40 minutes.
