1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
12 bread slices
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

In a heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Heat ingredients over medium heat, stirring frequently. When the mixture reaches a boil remove it and pour into a 9 x 13 glass pan. Layer bread slices in pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth and evenly combined. Pour egg mixture over bread. Bake 30-35 minutes until puffed and golden.
