1 cup oil
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cups grated zucchini
2 cups walnuts
2 cups seedless raisins
2 cups mixed fruit
1 cup currants
1/2 cup cherries
1/4 cup rum or brandy

Mix eggs, vanilla, & oil, add dry ingredients, mix in remaining ingredients. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour or until done.
