Aguacate con Mango
3 tazas de cubitos de mango, 3/4 aguacate maduro
5 cds. de miel de agave
3 cds. de jugo de lima fresca
1 cda. ralladura de cáscara de naranja

Sandía, Limón y Cilantro
3 tazas de cubitos de sandía sin semillas
3 cdas de miel de agave
3 cda de miel de abeja
3 cds. de jugo de lima fresca
2 cdts. de cilantro fresco picado

Piña con Chile
2 tazas de piña fresca en cubitos
3/4 taza de jugo de piña
3 cucharadas de miel/ azúcar morena
2 cucharadas de jugo de limón fresco
1 cucharadita de chile ancho
1 taza de piña picada en trozos grandes (no licuada)

Peanut Butter-Plátano
3 plátanos medianos
1 taza de leche de almendras (o bajo en grasa)
3 cucharadas de miel
5 cucharadas de Peanut Butter (mantequilla de maní) natural
1/4 taza ligeramente salado seco cacahuetes tostados, picados, pedazitos de chocolate oscuro


Avocado with Mango
3 cups diced mango, 3/4 ripe avocado
5 CDs. agave syrup
3 cds. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel

Watermelon, Lemon and Cilantro
3 cups diced seedless watermelon
3 tbsp agave nectar
3 tbsp honey
3 cds. fresh lime juice
2 cdts. chopped fresh cilantro

Pineapple with Chile
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoons honey / brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon ancho chile
1 cup coarsely chopped pineapple (not liquefied)

Peanut Butter-Banana
3 medium bananas
1 cup almond milk (or lowfat)
3 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons of Peanut Butter (peanut butter) natural
1/4 cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts, chopped, sprinkle of dark chocolate chips

Una Receta básica para paletas que se puede usar para cualquier otra fruta o sabor de la temporada (verduras, hierbas, flores fragantes). Perfecta para gente con diabetes o niñ@s por ser bajo en azucar.

1. Licuar la base, endulzante, y otra adición hasta que este bien molido (agregar agua).
2. Agregar ingredientes como pedazos extras de fruta sin licuar o nueces machucadas.
3. Poner en algún molde con un palito y congelar 6+ horas.

Directions:
A basic recipe for paletas (popsicles) that can be used for any other fruit or seasonal flavor (veggies, herbs, fragrant flowers). Perfect for people with diabetes or child 's for being low in sugar.

1. Blend the base, sweetener, and another addition until smooth.
2. Add other ingredients like extra chunks of fruit or chocolate chips for texture.
3. Put in a mold with a stick and freeze 6 + hours.
