1 - 5 oz pkg saffron rice mix
2 boneless skinless breast halves
2 T flour
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 T butter
1 (6 1/2 oz) jar marinated art. hearts, drained
1/4 C white wine
1/2 C whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in shallow dish: flour, curry powder, paprika & salt. Melt butter in skillet. Flatten breasts slightly. Dredge chicken in flour mix, saute in skillet over med-high approx 5 min. per side. Remove, wipe skillet w/ paper towel. Then add hearts, wine & cream. Cook stirring often 3 - 5 min. or until thickened. Serve over rice.
