1 large 29 oz. can pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
5-6 tsp pumpkin pie spice
6 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 large (or 2 small) bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F
Mix all ingredients in same bowl
Grease cookie sheet 1 time only
Drop by teaspoonfuls
Bake 12-15 minutes or lightly brown (if they don't rise, flatten or change shape)
