1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts)
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg, oil & vanilla. Mix well. Add oats, cornflakes, flour, soda, salt, coconut & nuts, stirring well. Drop by teaspoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork, dipped in water. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing.
