Ingredients:  
3 cups of mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds).…I use the large can of canned sweet potatoes.
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
Mix and spread into a 2 qt baking dish.

Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup all purpose flour
Mix all dry ingredients together and then fold margarine into topping mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes (or until center is firm) @ 350.
