1 ˝ lb of sausage (browned & drained of grease)
9 eggs
3 cups of milk
10 slices of bread / cubed
1 ˝ teaspoon dry mustard
1 ˝ teaspoon salt
1 ˝ cups of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & milk together, add dry seasonings. Butter a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place the bread cubes in the bottom of the pan, sprinkle the sausage on top of the bread, then sprinkle the cheese over the sausage. Pour the egg mixture over and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake the following morning at 350 for 50 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting….works best in a glass pan.

On Christmas morning, we put this in the oven before we open gifts. Then we can eat together after we are done opening presents.
