4 boneless chicken breasts pounded very thin
1-2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 cup of flour
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken:
Pound breasts until very thin.
Beat eggs and place in small bowl.
Place flour and bread crumbs into 2 small bowls.
Flour each breast, then dip in eggs and finally into bread crumbs.
Roll into tight bundles and place in lightly greased baking dish.

Prepare sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients in small sauce pan.
Heat sauce in small pan over low heat until butter is melted.
Pour 1/2 of sauce over rolled chicken breasts,
bake at 375 until breasts are cooked through (about 45 minutes) baste with rest of sauce when finished cooking.
