9 medium potatoes boiled with jacket on
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup onion
1 can cream chicken soup or
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
cornflakes
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cool, peel and grate the boiled potatoes. In large bowl stir butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese together. Add potatoes. Spoon into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with 1 1/2 cups corn flakes or any flaky cereal mixed with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350º.
