3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cloves, ground
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup canned pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together three times, flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. In mixing bowl mix brown sugar and eggs until creamy. Stir in vegetable oil and pumpkin.
Add dry ingredients and mix slowly for three minutes until all items are mixed together. (To keep flour dust down, pour water over the top).
Pour batter into two greased 5”x9” loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
