1 lb pork tenderloin, cut in 1/2 inch strips
1/2 cup sliced green peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp shortening
1 lb canned green bean sprouts, drained
10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups cooked rice
1 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork, green peppers and onions in shortening in large skillet.
Stir in remaining ingredients except for rice and butter.
Simmer covered 25 to 30 minutes until meat is tender.
Prepare rice and butter.
Arrange on serving platter.
Pour meat mixture in center.
