Ingredients:  
4 c. flour
1 ¾ c. shortening (use 1 stick of oleo and then Crisco for the balance)
1 T. sugar
2 t. salt
1 T. vinegar
1 egg
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together. Beat egg & add beaten egg to first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork until all is wet. With hands, mold dough into a ball.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before using.
Keeps 3 days in refrigerator or can be frozen to use later.

Makes 2 crusts.
