2 c. macaroni, cooked
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 - 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted water, drain and set aside. Melt butter and mix in flour, add milk and cook until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Mix in cooked macaroni. Can eat it this way or place in a casserole dish and bake at 400º for 10 - 15 minutes.

This recipe is from Ben's grandmother, Mary Jane Steinberger. It was a favorite dish of Ben and Greg when they were little.
