1-1/2c whole wheat flour
1c flour
1c skim milk powder(nonfat dry powder can be used)
1/3c melted beef fat (or bacon drippings)
1 lg. egg fork beaten
1c cold water
2 tbsp. round flaxseed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine both flours, and milk powder in lg. bowl.
Drizzle fat with fat. Add egg and cold water.

Mix well to form dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface, Roll out to 1.2 inch thickness. Cut out with bone shaped or doggy shaped cookies cutters.

Place on ungreased baking sheet/
Bake at 300º
for 60 mins
