1 head romaine, torn into bite size pieces
1 avocado, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 papaya, sliced. Reserve seeds.
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. papaya seeds
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables and papaya.

2. Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender.

3. Toss dressing with vegetables and serve.
