Baked potatoes ( long meaty potatoes are best)
butter
milk
salt and pepper
cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until fork tender. Cool. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato. Whip until fluffy with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Mound back in the potato skins. Sprinkle with paprika and/or grated cheese.
Heat in 350º oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
If using a 400º oven bake for 20-25 minutes only.
