Directions:
Prepare the dough through to the shaping phase.
Divide dough into thirds. Pat each portion into a 9 x 14-inch rectangle and brush with milk. Spread cinnamon sugar mixture, covering evenly and leaving a 1/2-inch border all the way around. Starting at the long edge, roll up, jelly roll fashion into a tight log. Pinch the bottom seam closed, then pull up the ends and pinch to seal. Place the loaves, seam side down in a greased loaf pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature until almost double in bulk and about 1 inch above the rims of the pans, 1-1 1/2 hours.
When the dough has risen to just above the rim, preheat oven to 350º. Beat the egg and 1 T of milk until foamy. using a pastry brush, gently brush the tops of the loaves with the egg glaze. Sprinkle tops with leftover cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the loaves have a deep golden brown color. Remove the loaves from the pans while warm and cool to room temperature before slicing.

This is a favorite of Jason's. You can also add or substitute the cinnamon with Nutella chocolate spread for a yummy variation.I don't know how long this lasts as it doesn't last the day here.
