40 Ritz Crackers
1/4C Butter Melted
4Egg Whites
1/2tsp Cream of Tartar
1C Sugar
1tsp Vinegar
1Can Lemon Pie Filling
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers and add butter. Press into 9X13 pan. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar, gradually add sugar and vinegar. Pour over crackers. Bake 5-18 minutes until light and brown. Cool Top with 1 can of lemon pie filling and cover with cool whip. Freeze and keep in freezer.
