12 oz package kielbasa
2 large bell peppers
2 medium onions
1 lb small red skinned potatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cut kielbasa into bite-size pieces.
Core and seed peppers and cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Cut onions into thin wedges.
Halve potatoes and put all into a large bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss with oil.
Put into 9x13 pan and cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, remove and stir in cream.
Bake for 10 additional minutes.
