1Pkg Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4C Milk
1/3C Oil
3 Eggs

Filling: 3/4C Malted Milk Powder, 1Qt Ice Cream

Topping:
2C Powdered Sugar
1/2C Butter
6oz Evaporated Milk
6oz Chocolate Chips
1tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 9X13 pans. In large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed until moist. Beat 2minutes high speed. Pour ½ batter into each prepared pan. Bake 14-17minutes. Cool.
Combine topping ingredients in saucepan except vanilla. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Stir occasionally. Cook 8minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool 1hr without stirring.
Assemble Cake: In large bowl, combing malted milk powder and ice cream. Spread over cooked/cooled cake in pan. Place remaining cake layer over ice cream and spread fudge topping over. Cover and Freeze overnight.
