Ingredients:  
3 - 4 lbs brisket
1 T liquid smoke
2 T worchestershire sauce
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
celery salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
3 - 4 lbs brisket - scored, pricked w/ fork. Rub w/ 1 T liquid smoke, 2 T worchestershire sauce, & garlic, onion, celery salt to taste. Wrap in foil - refrig at least 12 hrs. Bake in foil in 275º oven for 5 hrs. Pour sauce on - reseal and bake 1 - 2 more hrs. Approx - 2 C B-B-Q sauce.
