2oz Cellophane Noodles (White Stiff Asian Noodles)
2C Shredded Cooked Chicken
3C Head Iceburg Lettuce Shredded
1/2C Shredded Carrot
1/2C Shoestring Potatoes
1TB Sesame Seeds
1Tb Chopped Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil (1 inch) to 425. Fry noodles ¼ at a time 5 seconds, turning once. Drain on paper towel. In large bowl, place ½ noodles, add chicken, lettuce, carrot and shoestring potatoes, mix sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add dressing or LeeAnn Chin Asian Salad Dressing over all and top with remaining noodles and a little chopped green onion.

Dressing:
1/3C Mayo or Miracle Whip
1TB Sugar
2TB White Wine Vinegar
2TB Hoisin Sauce
1TB Sesame Oil
1tsp Light Soy Sauce
