2 sticks butter, melted
2 tbsp poppy seeds
10 oz Ritz Crackers, crushed
8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix melted butter with poppy seeds and pour over 10 oz of the crushed crackers. Press into a 9x13 greased pan. (Save 1 1/2 cups of crushed crackers.)
Boil chicken until done & cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put chicken evenly over crushed crackers.
Mix soup, sour cream & milk until blended; then pour evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers & 1 tbsp poppy seeds over top.
Bake for 1 hour.
