Ingredients:  
Put a soup bone in 1 gallon of water with 1 T. of salt. Simmer for 2 hours. Take out soup bone and add the following ingredients:

Meatballs
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 T. dried parsley
Mix together by hand and form into cocktail size meatballs.

Vegetables:
1 whole tomato peeled and chopped (or 1 can of chopped tomatoes)
2 carrots chopped
1/2 onion chopped
2/3 of a bunch of celery chopped, including tops

Add:
2 packages dry veggie soup mix
2 cups crushed vermicelli
2 beef bouillon cubes
