Put 2 eggs in measuring cup, then full to 1 1/1 cup
with milk. Then fill to 2 cup with oil.
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

4 tbsp oil
12 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp cream
1 1/2 cup coconut

Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 min

Spread topping over warm cake and brown under broiler
