2 pounds carrots
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 onion thinly sliced
1 green pepper chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, slice and cook carrots just until they are tender. Mix together sugar, oil, vinegar, and tomato soup (blender works well), and pour over carrots, onion, and green pepper. Chill overnight before serving.
