8-10 hard boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon viengar
Finely grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika
Green olives with pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Remove egg shells.
Slice lengthwise into halves.
Remove yolks, mash well in bowl with mixer.
Add mayonnaise, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper.

Fill each egg half with some yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Top each with 1/2 green olive with pimento.

My Great-Grandma made these for all of her parties. She liked to have parties. She lived until she was 99 years old.
