Ingredients:  
1-15 oz. pink salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
1 egg
1 Tbs. baking powder, heaping
1/2 c. flour
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, egg and black pepper. Add to salmon, mixing well. Measure 1/4 cup of salmon juice into baking powder; beat until foamy. Add baking powder mixture to salmon mix just before cooking.

Drop into hot grease by teaspoonful. Cook until brown.
