6 Pork Chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1 envelope onion soup mix with 1 Tbsp. reserved
1 can mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. diced pimentos
3 c. hot water with 1 Tbsp. reserved onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Spread rice in 9x13 baking dish. Cover with onion soup mix. Mix soup and pimentos. Spread mixture over rice. Top with browned pork chops. Pour hot water mixture over casserole. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 º for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
