Sugar Cookies Recipe

1 c. margarine
1 c. oil
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, oil, sugars and vanilla together. Combine soda, cream of tartar, salt and flour together. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix until smooth.

Drop in balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Butter bottom of glass (or spray with Pam). Dip glass in sugar. Mash each cookie ball with glass.

Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
