CRUST:
1/4 cup Hard Margarine
3Tbsp Granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups Graham cracker crumbs
3Tbsp Cocoa, sifted
FILLING:
6 Semi-Sweet chocolate baking squares
2 8oz Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
2 Large eggs
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Amaretto (or Kahlua)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Almond flavoring

Directions:
CRUST: In a 9 inch spring-form pan, mix together sugar, graham crumbs and cocoa; then add melted margarine. Mix together and press into bottom and 1 inch up side of the pan. Chill.
FILLING: Melt chocolate squares on double boiler or on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Do not overheat.
Beat cream cheese and sugar well in medium bowl. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time just until blended. Stir in remaining 4 ingredients. Stir in melted chocolate. Pour filling over crust. Bake in 300ºF oven for 1 hour. Turn oven off, do not open door and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 more hour (this prevents cracking). Cool and chill overnight.
