3-4 eggs
1/4 ham, bacon, sliced & cooked
1/2 C. Swiss cheese, diced or shredded
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Scald, then cool milk. Unroll pie crust[s] or take out of freezer. : D. Distribute diced cheese, ham and spring onion in bottom of pie shell. Mix Milk, eggs, spices. Whisk vigorously, pour in pie shell.
Cook in 375 º oven for approx 35-40 minutes
