3-4 lbs. top round sprinkled with instant tenderizer
Marinate in 1 c. of dry red wine and 1 chopped garlic clove for 1 ½ hours in refrigerator.

Sauce:
2 T. of marinade
½ c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
Heat in 2 quart saucepan

Broil meat. Cut broiled steak in bite size pieces. Pour on sauce and serve with toothpicks.
