1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 T butter
1 cup beef stock
2 T flour
4 oz. chopped corned beef
3/4 cup sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/4 cup butter
2 cups half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables in 2 T of butter. Add flour and beef stock and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add other ingredients. Gently warm.
