1/2 c vegetable oil
dash of salt
3/4 c sugar
3-4 ripe (black - almost rotten) bananas, crushed
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Mix in order above
Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean about 1hour and 10-15 mins depending o your oven.
