½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
¼ Cup Butter Softened
1 12Oz Bag Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Chopped Peanuts
1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Line a square 8X8 pan with foil. Leaving 1 inch foil overhanging on two opposite sides. Grease foil with butter. Mix together peanut butter, butter, peanuts and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, using hands if necessary until stiff dough forms. If dough is crumbly, work in additional 1 Tablespoon peanut butter. Pat mixture into pan. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Remove from pan using foil edges to lift. Cut into 8X8 rows. Melt chocolate chips and Crisco in 1 quart saucepan over low hear, stirring constantly. Dip 1 square in at a time into chocolate and cool on parchment paper cookie sheet. Drizzle with Peanut Butter Icing below if desired.
Peanut Butter Icing- Mix together until smooth and thin enough to drizzle: ½ Cup Powdered Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter & 1 Tablespoon Milk (May need more for drizzling consistency)
