Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 18OZ Jar Creamy Peanut Butter Melted
1/2Cup Water
3Cups Sugar
Melting Chocolate
1Cup Light Corn Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In large heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved, bring to a full rolling boil, boiling constantly (about 1 hour) until candy thermometer reaches 290/soft crack stage. Place melted peanut butter in large bowl greased with butter. Pour hot syrup over peanut butter and stir quickly until blended. Pour onto well buttered baking sheet, cover with buttered wax paper and flatten with rolling pin into 14X2 inch rectangle. Using buttered pizza cutter, cut into 1 inch squares while still warm. Must work quickly because if mixture cools it will be too difficult to cut. Cool completely. Dip squares into chocolate and cool on wax paper.

* For best results, keep peanut butter at room temperature or warmer before using.
