3 ripe bananas ( double batch: 5 )
1 c. Sugar ( double batch: 2 c. )
1 egg ( double batch: 2 )
2 Tbls. Oil ( double batch: 4 Tbls. )
2 1/2 c. Flour ( double batch: 5 c. )
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda ( double batch: 2 tsp. )
1/2 c. Sour milk ( double batch: 1 c. ( 1 Tbls in 1 cup measure before milk, if you don't haves our milk on hand))

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Mash bananas. Add sugar, egg and oil. Mix well. Add flour, b. soda and salt alternately with milk.

Bake for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
